1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing products from Little Leaf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Products & Specifications

All heated snow melting mats and related products are manufactured according to our standard specifications unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify product designs, materials, and specifications without prior notice while maintaining equivalent functionality and quality.

 

3. Custom Orders & OEM Services

  • Customized orders (including specific sizes, tread patterns, voltages, and branding) require written confirmation and may involve additional costs.
  • Once a custom order enters production, cancellation is subject to applicable fees.
  • All tooling and design modifications for OEM projects remain the property of Little Leaf unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Final pricing and payment schedules are subject to mutual agreement and will be formally defined in the signed contract.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Any shipping delays beyond our control shall not constitute grounds for order cancellation.

 

6. Warranty & Returns

  • All products undergo comprehensive quality inspection prior to shipment. Our standard warranty covers compensation for any non-human-induced damage identified during the warranty period.
  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Return of standard products requires prior authorization and may be subject to restocking fees.
  • Custom-made and OEM products are generally non-returnable.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical documentation, trademarks, and website content remain the exclusive property of Little Leaf. No license to use any intellectual property is granted except for the specific purpose of utilizing purchased products.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation, failing which shall be submitted to the competent courts in Guangzhou.
