RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom / OEM / ODM products – Produced to your specifications, cannot be resold
- Sample orders
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us directly at rannieye@littleleafmelt.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2-3 business days.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage.
5. Quality Issues & Defects
If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund including original shipping costs
