SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Terms
We offer FOB (Free On Board) shipping terms. We are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port of shipment in China. After that point, the buyer is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, and destination charges unless otherwise agreed.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order quantity, weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. A detailed shipping quotation will be provided upon order confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeframe
For standard products and customized (OEM/ODM) orders, the production and delivery timeframe will be confirmed in writing after order details are finalized.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Methods
We cooperate with reliable international freight forwarders and carriers. Shipping methods (sea freight, air freight, etc.) will be arranged based on order requirements and customer preference.
5. Address Changes
Address changes can be made within 24 hours after order confirmation. Once the shipment has been arranged, changes may not be possible and additional costs may apply.
6. Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Returns & Claims
Defective products: We will take responsibility for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Non-defective returns: Subject to approval. Return shipping costs and possible restocking fees will be borne by the buyer.
Customized, OEM, and ODM products are generally non-returnable unless manufacturing defects or quality issues are confirmed.
